The main flue gas treatment position of steel plant is: raw material, blast furnace gas, pellet, sintering, coal injection, white ash kiln, casting, continuous rolling, coking plant, iron making, steel making and other workshops, according to different working conditions can choose different filter material.

The general dust source of the raw material workshop is iron ore powder, etc. : using normal temperature polyester (temperature resistance at 120 ℃).

Blast furnace gas: Generally use high temperature resistant composite needle felt (temperature resistance in 220-280℃).

Pellet workshop: Generally use normal temperature polyester needle felt (temperature resistance at 1200℃).

Sintering workshop: divided into sintering tail and head, under normal working conditions, the tail adopts Matas needling filter material, and the head adopts normal temperature needling felt (specific analysis of specific working conditions).

Coal injection workshop: Generally use anti-static needle felt.

White and gray workshop: high temperature resistant composite needle felt or corrosion resistant composite needle felt is generally used.

Casting workshop, continuous rolling workshop: generally use normal temperature needle felt.

Ironmaking and steelmaking workshops: Some of them use high temperature resistant composite needle felt.
