First Filter Bag Order Of New Year From Our Korean Customer

FIRST FILTER BAG ORDER OF NEW YEAR FROM OUR KOREAN CUSTOMER

From February 5 to 7, a customer from Korea visited our factory. As a supplier of filter bags and cloths, we gave them a comprehensive tour of our factory, showing how we use automated production lines to produce high quality filtration products.

Customers are very interested in our filter fabrics and filter bags, including materials such as PP, PE, PPS, P84, NOMEX, PTFE and NMO. High temperature filtration media include PTFE needle felt, Nomex needle felt, P84 needle felt, PPS needle felt, FRP needle felt, etc. They are mainly used in metallurgy, waste incineration, thermal power generation, asphalt mixing, cement, coking, petroleum boiler and other industries.

During the tour, we demonstrated how our CNC laser cutting technology ensures that filter fabrics are cut with precision. This helps keep edges smooth and accurate. There is also an automatic marking system which makes it easy to see where the fabric needs to be sewn, thus increasing productivity.

After visiting the operation of our factory and testing our products, our customers were very satisfied with our quality and efficiency. We reached a cooperation immediately, which shows their affirmation of our factory.
