The DMF-Y pulse valve type electromagnetic pulse valve is a submerged pulse valve, and the DCF-Y valve is a submerged valve. The pulse valve seat is embedded in the air bag for installation, with small resistance, good circulation, high injection volume, increased load and momentum, and expanded the range of use of the air source pressure. This submerged pulse valve is more suitable for use in a wide range of air source pressure.

Use of pulse valve in dust collector:

(1) Pulse valve pulse valve is the mechanism and key component of the pulse injection soot cleaning device, which is mainly divided into three types: right-angle type, submerged type and straight-through type. It is worth noting that the working pressure of the domestic pulse valve; 0.4-0.6MPa for right angle valve and straight valve; No matter which type of valve is imported, the working pressure range is 0.4-0.6MPa. There is no difference between the two types of valves in terms of bearing pressure and application pressure.

1) Structure and working principle of right-angle pulse valve. The right-angle pulse valve is characterized by a 90-degree right-angle air inlet and outlet pipe. The diaphragm in the valve divides the pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the air chamber will close the diaphragm to the output port of the valve, and the pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse control instrument moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, opens the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve, loses the pressure of the vocal cord of the air chamber behind the valve, moves the diaphragm backward, and the compressed air can be injected through the valve output port, and the pulse valve is in the "open" state. Compressed air is sprayed out of the valve instantly to form a jet air flow.

(DMF-Z) rectangular electromagnetic pulse valve technical parameters are as follows:

Applicable environment: temperature - 10+55 ℃; Relative humidity is not more than 85%.

Working medium: clean air, open air - 20 ℃.

Pressure of injection air source: 0.3-0.6MPa.

Working voltage and current of solenoid pilot valve: DC24V, 0.8A; AC220V,0.14A; AC110V,0.3A

The air inlet of the pulse valve is connected with the air bag, and the air outlet is connected with the blowpipe. During connection, PTFE raw tape shall be used between threads to ensure sealing. During connection, it shall be noted that the length of the thread at the inlet end shall not be greater than one third of the thread connection.

2) Construction principle of submerged pulse valve. The submerged pulse valve adopts the installation method of submerged in the air bag, so it is called submerged. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the resistance of the flow passage and the pressure of the injection air source, so it can be applied to low pressure occasions, and can reduce energy consumption and prolong the service life of the diaphragm.

The technical parameters of (DMF-Y) submerged electromagnetic pulse valve and rectangular pulse valve are different:

Injection air source pressure: 0.2-0.3MPa, or 0.3-0.6MPa

3) Straight-through pulse valve. The structural feature of the straight-through pulse valve is that the center line of the air inlet and outlet is in a straight line, so it is called the straight-through valve. The diaphragm of the pulse valve divides the pulse valve into two chambers, the front and the rear. When the compressed air is connected, the pulse valve is in the closed state. The opening principle is the same as the right-angle valve, but the flow direction is different when the air flow is injected. The advantage of the straight-through pulse valve is that it is easy to install. It is often used as a gas box pulse dust collector; The disadvantage is that the resistance of air flow through the valve body is large. The technical parameters of TMF-T (DMF-T) straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve are the same as those of right-angle pulse valve.

Purpose:

The electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the ash cleaning and injection system of the pulse bag filter. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse injection control instrument, the filter bag is sprayed to clean the dust row by row (room) to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

AMD-I (Z) electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve with an angle of 90 ° between its inlet and outlet, which is suitable for the installation and connection of the air bag and the spray pipe of the dust collector. The air flow is smooth and can provide satisfactory pulse of ash cleaning gas.

Working Principle:

The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into front and rear chambers. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the orifice. At this time, the pressure of the rear chamber will close the diaphragm assembly to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.   

The electric signal of the pulse injection control instrument causes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve to move backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve opens, the pressure of the rear air chamber rapidly loses, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection control instrument disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber increases so that the diaphragm assembly is close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.
