KR-939SB4 Integrated Four-Parameter Composite Probe

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The KR-939SB4 Integrated Four-Parameter Composite Probe is a non-bus architecture, universal combined transmitter within the KR-939 series cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can simultaneously monitor the full vibration of the fan reducer in the X, Y, and Z orthogonal directions and the temperature of the lubricating oil inside the gearbox.

This probe integrates four two-wire transmitters, outputting four channels of standard 4–20 mA current signals. It can interface with the Kere Company "KR-939B4 Fan Safety Monitor" or directly connect to computer data acquisition and control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC).

MAIN TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE AND INDICATORS

Numerous statistical practices have proven that the most critical safety operating indicator for cooling tower fans is mechanical vibration parameters.According to ‘the International Organization for Standardization ISO-2372 standard’ for safety monitoring of this type of equipment, the complex vibration monitoring quantity generated by the moving friction components of each part of the fan should be the true effective value (RMS) of the vibration velocity proportional to the vibration energy;The frequency band range of vibration detection should meet 10-1000Hz;The detection of vibration direction should be all-round.This requires monitoring instruments to have high quality performance.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT CHARACTERISTICS:

Measurement Range**: 0～20 mm/s，  Output Signal: Proportional to the True RMS (Root Mean Square) value of vibration velocity  Frequency Band: 10～1000 Hz，  Total Measurement Error**: ±1 mm/s

Measurement Range**: 0～100 ℃，  Total Measurement Error: ±1 ℃

OIL LEVEL MEASUREMENT CHARACTERISTICS:

Measuring range of lubricant oil level: -10～40㎜ (0mm indicates the oil level limit position when the gearbox is at its normal oil level),

oil level measurement tolerance: ±5㎜.

SIGNAL OUTPUT CHARACTERISTICS:

Maximum Operating Voltage: 40 V，  Recommended Voltage: 24 V ， No-Load Voltage: 15 V (with built-in reverse polarity protection) ， Maximum Current per Transmitter: 30 mA
